Erikoa is led by a Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) with nearly 20 years of UK clinical experience across care homes, inpatient services, and community settings. With a strong grounding in safeguarding, quality assurance, and frontline mental health care, we understand the reality of care environments far beyond what reports alone can show.

Erikoa was created after seeing how stressful and confusing it can be for families to choose a care home based only on limited, outdated, or overly general information. There is often a gap between what is written in CQC reports and the actual lived experience of residents. Our mission is to bridge that gap.

We provide independent, impartial, on-site quality reviews that reflect the real standards of care — not just what appears on paper.
